Liam Kelly has created, sold and delivered global PR and digital measurement programmes for the past two decades. Most recently, Liam spent five years as Vice-President Insight at Cision, where he led the Insight group in EMEA and APAC. He has previously led teams and managed global PR clients at CARMA, Report International and Delahaye Medialink. He has created measurement programmes for a number of global clients including Procter & Gamble, Burberry, PUMA, Volkswagen AG, Motorola, Philips, Eaton, Aldi and Tetra Pak.
